If you receive an item you feel is defective/damaged/incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 30 days of purchase regarding the item /or issue at [email protected]. Once an item is returned and deemed defective/damaged/incorrectly shipped by us, a full refund and/or replacement will be issued within 7-10 days of receipt of item at our office.
Please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase if you wish to return an item for credit towards other items we sell. Credits will only be given on unopened / unused items and only for the original purchase amount and must clear inspection on receipt of item at our facility.
